At the heart of the View Boston experience lies ViewPrint, a vital tool that enhances guest interaction and exploration. This microsite offers guests a platform to delve deeper into each exhibit by crafting personalized itineraries of chosen points of interest through a barcode linked to their ticket (printed or on a mobile device).

These itineraries recommend group landmarks based on proximity, popularity, and user preferences, ensuring a seamless and tailored journey for every visitor.

Accessibility

In developing the exhibits at View Boston, our team was committed to creating an experience that was not only user-friendly but also accessible to everyone, regardless of physical, technological, or language barriers, to make the space more inclusive. Throughout the development process, this commitment to accessibility served as a guiding principle.

Several strategies were used throughout the exhibits to address accessibility issues. For example, each interface can now modify the interactive menu's height to be accessible for visitors with different physical requirements.

Achieving an inclusive experience for all visitors required overcoming technical challenges met by creative engineering, skilled audiovisual design, seamless integration, thorough testing, and collaboration with partners. The WCAG AA accessibility guidelines were carefully followed in the development of every exhibit, guaranteeing a higher degree of user satisfaction.
